Welcome to The HealHER Method™, a program operated by Dr. Ossai’s Healing Circle. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the coaching services, educational materials, and related offerings provided through this program. By enrolling in or accessing The HealHER Method™, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Health Disclaimer

The HealHER Method™ offers educational content and coaching that integrates principles from functional medicine, somatic therapy, and spiritual healing. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication, diet, exercise, or treatment plan. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Any optional lab testing offered is for wellness education purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to participate in The HealHER Method™. This program is designed specifically for women, particularly those aged 50s–70s seeking faith-based emotional, physical, and spiritual transformation.

3. Coaching Relationship

The coaching relationship is a collaborative, non-clinical process. Your coach is not acting as a licensed medical provider, mental health professional, or registered dietitian. You are responsible for your own health decisions and actions.

4. Confidentiality

We honor your privacy. All private sessions and personal data shared will be held in strict confidence, except where required by law. Communication via third-party platforms (e.g., Slack or email) may not be HIPAA-compliant, so please use discretion when sharing sensitive information.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

The full 12-week program is priced at $12,000, or $5,000 per individual 4-week pillar. All payments are non-refundable. Payment plans are available with additional cost and fees. You agree to complete all payments in full as per the agreed plan.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (e.g., journals, trackers, worksheets, and videos) are the intellectual property of Dr. Ossai’s Healing Circle. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute any content without express written permission.

7. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove participants from the program without refund if they:

Display harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behaviorDisrespect fellow participants or the coaching teamViolate the sacred, safe, and spiritually honoring space of this community

8. Technology & Availability

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and device to access program materials. We do our best to keep digital access smooth, but we are not liable for any technical interruptions or third-party platform issues.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
