Hi, I’m Dr. Ossai.

I help Christian women in their 50s to 70s who’ve poured into everyone but themselves—yet still feel frustrated in their body and spirit—find clarity and confidence through a 12-week faith-driven healing journey that restores their peace, purpose, and power.

But this didn’t start as a business. It started as my personal breaking point.

After years of practicing as a conventional pharmacist, I began to feel the deep dissonance in my work. I was handing out medications for symptoms, but no one was asking why those symptoms were there in the first place. I didn’t want to keep putting Band-Aids on suffering—I wanted to help people truly heal.

That longing became painfully personal after the birth of my third daughter. I experienced debilitating physical pain that left me barely able to walk. As a mother of three little girls, I felt broken—not just in my body, but in my spirit. My OB-GYN offered narcotics, but I wanted to be present and awake for my children. I needed another way.

Conventional medicine had no answers. I felt unseen, unheard, and stuck. Until I met a Functional Medicine doctor who finally listened. She connected the dots—between my gut, hormones, trauma, stress, and grief. Through her care, I didn’t just get better—I came back to life. I felt hope again.

That healing became a holy assignment.

I trained with the Institute for Functional Medicine and completed a year long intensive internship with the Kalish Institute. But more than credentials, I bring lived experience and spiritual conviction to this work.

Now, I guide women like you through The HealHER Method™—a high-touch, sacred journey to emotional, physical, and spiritual restoration.
